Each cottage is tastefully and luxuriously furnished and provides the following:
- Fully equipped gourmet cottage kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric fan cooker with extractor hood microwave, toaster, ample high quality utensils and equipment, crockery and glassware and cookery books
- Log burning fires in the living area with logs, kindling wood and firelighters supplied
- Oil fired central heating
- Spotless tiled bathroom with bath incorporating shower, shaving point, radiator and heated towel rail
- Luxurious restful bedrooms with reading lamps and clock radio
- Crisp white linen and fluffy towels
- Home entertainment system, including remote control TV, DVD and CD players
- High chair, travel cots and toys available upon request
- Babysitting by arrangement
- Selection of books, travel guides, maps, DVD's and CD's available to
suit your taste.
In addition to the above, we receive and unpack supermarket home deliveries (such as www.tesco.com) ahead of guests’ arrival and make dinner reservations. Newspapers can also be arranged in advance. Wine deliveries can also be arranged. We regret we do not accept dogs or other pets.

The Tythe Barn, to be completed July 2010, a delightful and spacious conversion of a 16th century barn with open plan living space, three double/twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, benefiting from its own walled garden and barbeque patio area.

With far reaching views across the Devon countryside, situated quietly on
the edge of a small wood, our newest cottage has a large sociable open plan
kitchen and living area with much thought given to the requirements of the
discerning guest. Stable doors open onto a private slate flagged terrace
opposite the duck ponds. Up the oak staircase into a large suite with
dressing room featuring a king size bed with room behind the privacy screen,
or in the dressing room for a single bed. There is ample room for cots.
Little Nymet. Sleeps 2 plus cot
Perfect for romantic breaks, Little Nymet is a spacious double bedroomed cottage with spacious kitchen / dining area and arch through to the living room. The staircase leads to a restful galleried bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a view over St.James’ Church spire.
Note
* - Little Nymet can be combined with the adjoining larger Nymet Mews
which sleeps 5 + cot. The 2 cottages therefore provide ideal accommodation

Nymet Mews. Sleeps 5 plus cots
The largest cottage of the 5 cottages, Nymet Mews has a large open plan kitchen / dining and sitting room divided by a central staircase leading up to a galleried landing off which there are 2 good sized bedrooms. A single storey cottage with French doors leading onto your private terrace looking over the gardens. within the original Tudor part of the Old Rectory, the Annexe has spacious
open plan living & dining area featuring a log stove and surround
sound TV system. French doors lead to a private terrace overlooking the
